On the auspicious occasion of Earth day, TERRE Policy Centre in collaboration with Earth Day Network organized an event to award the winner of the 1st edition of Teachers Olympiad.
TERRE also awarded the winner of slogan competition that was organized for the students of Sheth Jyotiprasad Vidyalaya, Daund. Students eagerly participated in this competition and prepared creative slogans on current environmental issues for social awareness.
Dr. Vinitaa Apte, Founder Director of TERRE interacted with students and shared some enlightening stories about the environment. Documentaries of TERRE’s initiatives and environmental awareness were also shown to motivate the students.

The sea is the source of water and oxygen in our lives. Just as the earth is one, the sea is also one. It is our responsibility to save the life in it............!!"
