Shubham works as a Field Assistant at TERRE Policy Centre, supporting the organisation’s environmental and community-based initiatives at the grassroots level. His role involves coordinating and assisting with field activities, tree plantation drives, environmental awareness programmes.
He also assists the team during tree plantation and biodiversity conservation activities, ensuring smooth execution of field programmes and maintaining necessary field-level records and coordination.
Through his hands-on involvement, Shubham contributes to TERRE Policy Centre’s efforts towards environmental conservation, sustainable development, community participation, and environmental education.
